Prices
Prices are in Euros and include VAT tax, unlimited Kms, insurance as detailed below, as well as the regular oil and maintenances.
Requirements
18 years old, driver license, citizen card or relevant identification document
Payment terms: The estimated cost should be paid at the time when you receive the car. Any adjustments will be done when the car is returned.
Fuel
The cars are delivered with a full fuel tank and should be returned the same way. If not we will charge for the missing fuel. Prices will depend on the missing fuel and fuel supplier rates.

Insurance
Rates include insurance for Civil Responsibility
CDW - Crash coverage - In the case of an accident the end client's responsibility for the payment of cause damages to the rented vehicle, may be reduced to a payment of a mandatory franchise (500,00€) if the client has previously hired a CDW (3,00€ p/ day)
PAI - Personal Accidents Insurance - this has an additional cost of 3,00€ per day. This insurance grants a compensation to the driver and passengers in the case of permanent disability or death up to 10.000,00€ and medical expenses up to 1.000,00€
Pickups and Deliveries
Free within the Ponta Delgada district. Otherwise an additional 15,00€ may be charged.
Infant/baby chairs and seats
Charged at 3,00€ per day
GPS
Charged at 3,00€ per day
Other terms
It is not included and will be charged separately: Loss of documentation, keys, incorrect fuel usage, any type of fines or incorrect vehicle usage.
